华润水泥控股有限公司是香港华润集团旗下从事水泥、混凝土、预制件生产和销售的专业化公司，在两广地区的水泥年生产能力已经达到1400万吨，混凝土年生产能力已达到600万立方米。目前，华润水泥已在广西拥有平南、贵港、红水河、南宁等四个大型新型干法水泥生产基地，
平南公司位于县内丹竹镇三河工业开发区，目前员工一千多人，第一、第二条生产线分别于2004年10月18日和2006年4月21日投产，随着07年8月30日第三条生产线的点火投产，公司年生产水泥能力达600万吨，成为广西最大的新型干法水泥生产基地。
华润水泥控股公司还计划在平南投资兴建新的生产线，规划中共建设九条生产线，预计三期工程即第四、第五条生产线的建设将于2007年第四季度开工建设。三期工程完工后，华润水泥（平南）有限公司水泥年生产能力将达到1000万吨，成为广西区第一个千万吨级新型干法水泥生产基地。
